Rock 'n' Roll Time

For quite a while I have been considering running a half-marathon. A couple teachers at ER are running marathons so I have been talking with them about it. But I believe I have found the one I would like to do and a friend of mine said that he might run it with me. It is in June so it will give me more than enough time to train for it. I ran 10 miles today so I am not too worried about running the entire race. The race is called the Rock 'n' Roll Seattle. At each mile they provide a band as you run by it. Honestly, it sounds like a blast! I will keep you updated with the decision.
