Shut DOWN

First off I would like to inform everybody of some fabulous, amazing, exciting news! As some of you know I have been battling with some issues with the roommates. One of my roommates does not clean, leaves the dishes and does not take out the trash in the kitchen. Well with this past week, I really wasn't home to take care of cleaning the apartment much or to eat. Needless to say in consequence, the trash was piling up. I tried this technique a while back: just leave it, perhaps she will see it and take it out. Last time, it didn't work and I had to put some boxes and other stuff to the side of the trash can. In high hopes I thought she would take out the garbage this time. And yes, this time I decided to take a picture. It may not look horrible as I might make it sound, but after dealing with it the entire semester, I just found it humorous.

Yadda, yadda, yadda, I know it is a "team" player thing... yadda, yadda, yadda but taking it out and having the trash be pretty much all of her's gets really disrespectful that she doesn't take it out. PLUS she is here all day, unlike myself who is here to sleep and to shower most of the time. ANYWAYS, I got home this afternoon after working and the trash was taken out!!! Totally exccited!!!! YAY!!!!

I am off my soap box, so if you are tired of me ranting I am done and you can continue to read on. Well, I may not be able to update this as often. It seems as if Ruby (aka my laptop, yes I named her... she is red, okay there is a whole story behind it...) decided to shut down and catch a cold right when I was finished with my finals. It feels as if we are a unit, one person. Pretty much, I think Ruby has a virus... I think. I am waiting to get home so Brett can check it out. I can get onto the internet at home, every now and then at work (this morning I couldn't). Just wanted to let everybody know that you don't hear from until I get home in about a week, that is why.

On another note, good news... I am most likely jinxing myself but it hasn't snowed for about a week!!
