Christmas Story Time

I can't believe that Christmas 2007 is now down in the history books! This Christmas has been fantastic with lots of great memories to share and to remember for years to come. I still haven't finished taking some pictures of presents that were recieved so there will be more to come. Because only in this family does one recieve some of these presents... they are quite original.

As for this first present, I started working on the idea a little before Thanksgiving and it was finished right around Thanksgiving. The woman, Jane who is my age that I work with that created this picture finally finished getting it matted down and the frame the last day before I came home. But it turned out amazing. Both, mom and dad, say that it is a, "wow" present. I guess I did quite well for mom's present...

As for myself, I guess I was quite the good girl this year. Unlike what dad said, I did not recieve any coal in my stocking. I recieved amazing gifts and thanksful for all of them. I definitely will be using everything this year...

Blue Tooth. The law does ome into affect in July that dad informed us early this morning. The funny story about the next present is that on Christmas eve. Aunt Sue recieved a gift that were LED Martini glasses. And she was so kind to give me one to take back to school with me. Well, what do you know Brett bought me some actually Martini glasses. I guess I have a complete set now!

That is all of my gifts that I have pictures of right now. But mom and dad also got me a new digital camera which I am definitely going to need so I can take pictures of me "evidence" of all the things I create for teaching. With that I also recieved: socks (yay!! The dryer has been eating all of them up), an addition to a game I already have, 20 Questions (I will have to take a picture), pea coat, a nice ski coat, air popper for popcorn, and plus just some random other amazing items.

Fortunately the only thing that has to be returned is...

Mom and dad bought Brett some shoes online, they are too big for him. It seems to be pretty easy to exchange them!

All in all, it was a great Christmas. Like I said, I will be putting more things up and some great stories to go a long with it.

I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas!
