Buried In- Snow Day #2

As I peeked outside this morning it doesn't look like it dumped on us last night in Pullman. However, the wind is still blowing through and at the pace it is at, the snow should be coming. We are on snow advisory until 4 pm, I guess we just like being prepared. There still was a basketball game last night, which I do not want to talk about at the moment- we were so close!! Down below is a picture of a car, if you can see off to the left hand side, the mirror is poking out just a little bit. This is right bye Beasley. This was later in the afternoon when I took a walk to the recreation center so I could go work out and swim a little bit. I had my bag packed and was ready to go (I even packed my hair dryer since I wanted to dry my hair before walking home). But when I got there, it had signs on the doors saying that it was closed due to severe weather conditions- I guess I should have known since the rest of the university was closed. I did get a nice walk in, though.

Thought this was a pretty cool picture. It is of a railing. Last night I walked to the store with my roommate Stephanie, I didn't want her to walk alone in the dark- even if it was just 5 o'clock. I got the store and I saw a bunch of people, all excited about school being closed. Meggan and Erica were thrilled as always, Keeley and I might walk to their house today which seems like it is across town from where we live, but it would be fun. Then I saw Garet and his girlfriend, he was glad I called him yesterday when I found out about school, he was about ready to go to class. And then of course I saw my friend Don from class, excited since we had a pre-referral due today, nobody wanted to work on it again. As we were walking back up Stadium I saw Kyle who I team taught with, we have been trying to get together but it just hasn't been working out. We stopped by and sledded for a second with him and his roommates.
Somebody above is braving it out, deciding to drive some place. Anybody that decided to drive were not too smart yesterday, even after they did a pretty decent job with the roads, it still was not a smart idea to drive. In our apartment parking lot, there is no place to put the snow since it is on top of the hill. We talked to our apartment management yesterday, the only way to clear it out is if they bring dump trucks to take the snow out of our parking lot, and dump trucks or any type of truck to do that is not able to get up the hill. So our cars and our parking lot has to wait until the snow melts to get it cleared out.

It might snow more today, but as of right now it is not. Not too sure what the day will bring. I am getting cabin fever, I already was to begin with. I think if we decide to walk some place today I will be too thrilled for words!!
